2023年1月，中国石化最高日产超2500万立方米，累计生产天然气7.6亿立方米，同比增加6%，创历史新高。2023年开年以来，中国石化西南石油局加大油气勘探开发和增储上产力度，强化生产运行保障，实现了开门红。

春节期间，中国石化西南石油局全力抓好天然气保供工作，精心组织1858口井生产，川西、川东北、川南等工区一线的3800多名员工坚守岗位，严守供气安全“生命线”，累计生产天然气1.69亿立方米，源源不断向上海、浙江、湖南、四川等8省（市）供应天然气。

It produced 169 million cubic meters of natural gas, and continuously supplied natural gas to eight provinces (cities) including Shanghai, Zhejiang, Hunan, and Sichuan.
据悉，2023年中国石化西南石油局立足“十个千亿方储量目标”，制定了勘探开发、安全环保、科技创新等十项保障措施，计划生产天然气92亿立方米，助力川渝地区千亿级天然气生产基地建设提质提速。
