观点：昨日PVC偏强震荡运行，受国际原油及节后需求恢复影响，短期或存在技术性反弹可能。不过考虑到目前PVC较高社会库存叠加PVC装置较高开工负荷，PVC反弹高度或有限。需求方面，随着节后下游企业逐渐开工，需求有转好预期。但因社会库存较高，短期需求恐难以扭转这一局面。综合来看，PVC基本面依旧孱弱，价格或存在低位反复可能，建议观望为主。
