About Phthalocyanine Blue Pigment, How much do you know?

2. With green light and relatively optimal thermodynamic stability β Type phthalocyanine blue (pigment blue 15:3)..
In aromatic solvents (e.g. xylene), α Type phthalocyanine blue will be converted into more stable β B phthalocyanine blue. In order to prevent this transformation, a part of copper monochloride phthalocyanine is usually put into the process of pigment processing of crude phthalocyanine blue to form solvent stable phthalocyanine α Phthalocyanine blue or pigment blue 15:1.

phthalocyanine blue has green phase due to its bright color, strong coloring
power, easy dispersion and good fluidity β B phthalocyanine blue is popular.
Because flocculation is not only related to pigments, but also to binders and

variety that can show the best anti flocculation performance in any paint
system, which also requires paint workers to obtain the best formula
combination for different paint systems through a large number of experiments.
